The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer via the website www.malwinakleparska.com
By placing orders on www.malwinakleparska.com you agree to the terms and conditions displayed below. Please make sure you read and understand the terms and conditions before placing your order. Please note that you need to be 18 years or older to shop on www.malwinakleparksa.com using a credit or debit card.
When shopping on www.malwinakleparksa.com, you need to provide your email address, full name, postal address and your card details.
The prices displayed on www.malwinakleparska.com are in SEK (Swedish Krona) and are including taxes.
PAYMENT METHODS
Stripe is used on this site for secure payments. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, such as VISA or MASTERCARD and you can also use Apple Pay or PayPal.
All card information is handled over SSL encryption. Payment gateways (Stripe, Apple Pay or PayPal) are responsible for all transactions made on this website. Please read their terms & conditions.
DELIVERY
After an order has been placed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to process your order. The shipping can take up to 14 business days. After your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping worldwide.
A shipping fee is added to your order upon Check-Out. All orders are sent with Postnord. For orders outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, such as custom fees and charges, within their own country.
If you rather come and collect you order in my studio in Gothenburg, please send an email to info[at]malwinakleparska.com prior to placing your order and I will provide you with a “free shipping” code you may use upon Check-out.
All personal information you provide will be handled with confidentiality.
COLOURS & MEASUREMENTS
All ceramic pieces are unique, meaning they are individually handmade, and might slightly differ from the presented photos. Please be aware that due to different monitors and screen resolutions, colours may seem different on the screen, then in reality. All pieces are presented with descriptions of materials and measurements.
PACKAGE
Because of the fragile nature of the ceramic objects, all items are packed thoroughly. Recycled packing materials are used as much as it is possible. Unfortunately, the shipping companies do not always handle the parcels with care, even though they always have fragile-stickers on. Thus, I can not be held responsible if any damage or loss occurs after the parcel is handed in with the shipping agency. The same goes when a parcel is stolen or lost.
Always check the package before collecting it, do not accept a damaged package!

REFOUNDS & REKLAMATIONS
All returns needs to be approved in advance. Before returning any products please send an email to info[at]malwinakleparska.com with the order number and the reason of why you would like to exchange an item. Await a respons with further instructions.
The customer can return products within 14 days after receiving an order. No refunds are given; you can only get the product exchanged for an item in the same price category.
Please note that the customer is held responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return.
The products have to be returned in an unused, new condition, complete with original packaging. The customer is held responsible for any damages that may occur during the return shipment, please pack the item thoroughly.
If the item is used or damaged, the exchange will not be accepted.
Always check the package before collecting it, do not accept any damaged packages! If the parcel is damaged upon arrival, please contact the shipping agency immediately and notify me via info[at]malwinakleparska.com.
Because of the handmade nature of my ceramics, all the pieces are unique, meaning they are individually handmade, and might slightly differ from the presented photos. Please take this under consideration before placing an order!
It is suggested that the customer keeps the receipt and tracking number on the return shipment. Malwina Kleparska cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost returns.

All content presented on www.malwinakleparska.com such as text, photos, videos etc. is owned by Malwina Kleparska. Copying or distributing any information from this site without permission is considered illegal and may result in legal charges.
FORCE MAJEURE
Events outside my control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered Force Majeure, meaning that I am entirely released from all obligations to fulfil contractual agreements.
Examples of Force Majuere are war, civil war, revolution, riot, strikes, embargo, sabotage, natural disasters, government action or omission, new or amended legislation, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or lack of delivery from suppliers or similar events.
